Campus/Regional Same Day Delivery

College Depot is proud to announce a new option for your purchases: Local Delivery! If you live in the Bryan/College Station area, your purchase is automatically eligible for a delivery straight to your door. You pick the time and the location and you can elect to receive a text or email when your order is on the way.

As of right now we will be delivering primarily in the neighborhoods surrounding, and on the campuses of, Texas A&M University and Blinn College. All local delivery orders will be subject to approval, but most addresses in B/CS will be available for delivery.

To make sure that your address is correct and that we can deliver your order, please do not shorten any names or words, please input both the building and room number. If you live in the dorms or want it to be delivered to a building on either campus, please put which building and our driver will contact you to figure out an acceptable meeting place.

  • Where exactly will y’all be delivering?
We will be doing deliveries in the 77840,77802,77845 zip code, which is in Bryan/College Station starts on the Texas A&M campus and extends a little bit south and also extends north. If the Local Delivery option is not available to you we are not delivering to your location yet.
  • What times will y’all be delivering?

We plan on having two for sure delivery times, 10-12a.m. 3-5p.m. If you need it delivered at another time or it is a time-sensitive delivery, please let us know in the special instructions and we will gladly work with you.

  • Do I need to be there for the delivery?

Nope! We will drop it off your doorstep or near your door. If you live in the dorms we will work with you to figure out a place that works for you to drop it off at.

  • What if I am in the Corps?

That is perfectly fine! We will have a special place to meet up or drop off for each outfit and can also contact you if something else needs to be arranged.

  • What if it is raining/snowing/other inclement weather?

We unfortunately cannot deliver in inclement weather right now unless the object you purchased is small enough to fit in our current plastic sealed packages. We are working on a solution for bigger items as you read this.

College Depot Return Policy 

Our Promise To You
We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased in our stores or on www.collegedpt.com by scanning your receipt or packing slip but to receive a return or exchange you must come in or return your purchse within 30 days with your receipt. Just bring in the packing slip and the item. 
 
Refund/Exchange Policy
Most unopened items in new condition returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt will be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.
 
Refunds
 
Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a College Depot GiftCard if less than 10 days after original purchase or, if more than 10 days after original purchase, in cash.
Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
Gift Receipts: refund will be issued in the form of a College Depot GiftCard (in-store returns) or eGiftCard (online returns).
College Depot GiftCard Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a College Depot GiftCard.
Tax: the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

In most instances, College Depot can verify purchases made in stores and on www.collegedpt.com within the last 30 days on a credit or debit card, check or GiftCard using our Refund Look-up system.
